Position Overview

RAYN CULTIVATION LTD. is seeking a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Ledger Management: Prepare and maintain the general ledger.
  • Journal Entries: Accurately prepare journal entries.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage and oversee accounts receivable processes.
  • Accounts Payable: Handle accounts payable tasks efficiently.
  • Trial Balance Preparation: Prepare and review trial balances.
  • Financial Review: Monitor deposit and withdrawal behaviors, including overdraws and defaults.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare payroll for employees.
  • Client Invoicing: Invoice clients in a timely manner.
  • Office Duties: Perform general office responsibilities.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Reporting: Generate various financial reports as needed.
Technical Skills
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, and MS Windows.
Work Environment
