About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Bolton Auto Collision. As a Welder, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the fabrication and repair of metal components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment to produce high-quality welds.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications, maintaining a high level of quality control.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Determine weldability of materials and apply knowledge of welding processes to ensure successful outcomes.
Work Environment

As a Welder at Bolton Auto Collision, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will be required to work in a dusty and noisy environment, wearing personal protective equipment as necessary.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding or a related field.
