We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality fencing solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

The Welder - Fabrication Specialist will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and metal fabrication, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
  • Fabricate or repair metal parts and products using various welding techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
