- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
