About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Business Strategy and Analytics to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts and other associates to support business objectives
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial services or consulting environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry
