About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Strategy Manager to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to support business initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a business strategy or leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
