Science and Strategy Analyst/Associate

Sixsense Strategy Group is a boutique consulting company specializing in the life sciences industry. Our team of strategists and scientists collaborate to provide innovative solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

We are seeking a Science and Strategy Analyst/Associate to join our consulting team. This is an entry-level to mid-level, full-time role supporting client project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather scientific and business intelligence data for strategy projects
  • Research and draft therapeutic area reports
  • Manage preparation for facilitated client workshops
  • Develop reports capturing the output of facilitated client workshops and interviews
  • Research and summarize scientific literature
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate successful execution of deliverables
  • Be a client resource on scientific content

Requirements:

  • Able to start working full-time within 3 weeks of receiving an offer
  • A comprehensive understanding of the life sciences with the ability to utilize this knowledge across different therapeutic areas
  • A Master's or higher in Life Sciences is required
  • Able to analyze and communicate scientific information at a level of detail appropriate for the audience
  • Demonstrated analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a project team to execute deliverables within stated timelines
  • Proven writing/communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills
  • 1-2 years' experience in an agency setting would be an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office, excellence in PowerPoint
  • Strong capability in juggling priorities to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
  • Legally able to work in Canada, a valid passport, and ability to travel to Europe and USA
