Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, anticipate their needs, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately operate a register/POS, handle cash and credit card transactions, and adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Understand and be knowledgeable of the merchandise for sale, restock items as needed, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently with limited supervision, complete opening and closing procedures, and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience and POS handling experience preferred.
  • Basic Skills: Basic math and counting skills required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and/or extended walking and standing.
