Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales

Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales. This role will be responsible for leading our Canadian sales team and developing strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Canadian sales team consisting of Canadian Specification and Distribution sales team, as well as the National Account sellers
- Develop and grow the C&I sales channel by effectively leading our Canadian agency network
- Establish market and target customer strategies in conjunction with Sales Leadership team
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for increasing penetration within our addressable market
- Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management
- ~10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry
- ~ Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields
- Experience using CRM tools such as SalesForce
- Thoroughly analyze problems, making and defending decisions that are well supported by data
