Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada to lead our Canadian sales team and drive business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for our products and services
- Lead and manage the Canadian sales team, including specification and distribution sales teams, and national account sellers
- Develop and grow the C&I sales channel by effectively leading our Canadian agency network
- Establish market and target customer strategies in conjunction with the sales leadership team
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for increasing penetration within our addressable market
- Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management
- Oversee the recruiting, hiring, and development of the sales organization
- Implement company promotions and marketing initiatives to achieve goals for the Canadian distribution network
- 10+ years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong leadership and sales skills, with a proven track record of performance
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
