Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada to lead our Canadian sales team and drive business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales volume for our products and services
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and initiatives
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for increasing penetration within our addressable market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales processes
- Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management
- 10+ years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry
- Proven track record of performance, effective sales leadership, and motivator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
