Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
