About the Role

The Workplace Services Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for coordinating workplace and facilities programs and services for Veeva's Toronto office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service values, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and Veeva employees regarding office-related requests
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and manage inventory, supplies, and budgets
  • Manage daily operations, including facilities and building maintenance requests, security access, and mail/shipping
  • Coordinate special events, team building, and social events
  • Assist with project coordination, tracking, and execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or office/services coordination
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication/interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communication and organization skills
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
  • Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to adjust to changing environments
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and general computer skills

Compensation

  • Base pay: $45,000 - $75,000 CAD
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
