Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Wireless Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives, drive sales success, and elevate our customer shopping experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, providing ongoing training and coaching, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales Representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory levels, implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover, and manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales.
- Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
