Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Macs Convenience Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, including stock levels, pricing, and promotions, to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to management.
- Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that the store is secure and safe for customers and employees, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
