About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and promote a positive store image.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; standing for extended periods.
