Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at AL AZLAAN LOGISTICS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to handle new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
