We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team on a contract basis for a 6-month engagement. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of a Salesforce solution that encompasses various clouds, including Sales, Marketing, and Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cloud Architecture: Design and implement a scalable and secure Salesforce architecture that meets the client's business requirements.
  • Integration and Development: Develop and integrate Salesforce applications with third-party systems, leveraging various integration patterns and best practices.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement robust security controls, including declarative and programmatic capabilities, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client data.
  • Configuration and Automation: Configure Salesforce standard capabilities and declarative automations to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Development Lifecycle: Follow Salesforce best practices across all configurations, declarative automations, and programmatic automations, ensuring high-quality code and efficient development processes.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with technical and functional team members to understand requirements, validate solution design, and build, as well as conduct peer code reviews and coach junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds).
  • Expertise: Expert-level skills in Salesforce configuration and development, including declarative configurations, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Development Standards: Expertise in Salesforce development standards, best practices, dev ops, testing, and release strategies.
  • Integration and Security: Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, integration to third-party systems, data management strategies, and data migration processes, as well as security design and configurations.
  • Complex Environment: Experience delivering Salesforce in a complex multi-cloud environment.
