We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Engineer to join our team at Hire DigITalent. This role is essential for the development and enhancement of our online retail platform. The ideal candidate will be tasked with customizing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform tailored to our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with various teams, including business analysts, product managers, and fellow developers, to gather business needs and convert them into effective solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.
  • Design, customize, and deploy Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) solutions, ensuring optimal quality, performance, and dependability.
  • Implement features that enhance e-commerce capabilities, covering aspects such as product catalogs, pricing strategies, promotional offers, and checkout workflows.
  • Partner with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate user-facing components using server-side logic.
  • Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and its integrations with other systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Engineer, with a proven history of successful e-commerce projects.
  • Strong expertise in server-side JavaScript and relevant SFCC technologies.
  • Experience with SFCC Business Manager.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud APIs, including OCAPI.
  • Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer certification is a significant advantage.
