About the Role

Hire DigITalent is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team on a contract basis for a 6-month engagement. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of various Salesforce clouds, including Sales, SFMC, and SFCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Integration and Security: Implement Salesforce integrations with third-party systems, leveraging different Salesforce integration patterns, and configure Salesforce security controls, including declarative and programmatic capabilities.
  • Configuration and Automation: Configure Salesforce standard capabilities and declarative automations, following best practices across all configurations, declarative automations, and programmatic automations.
  • Development Lifecycle: Implement best practices across the Salesforce development lifecycle, including unit testing, dev ops, environment management, and release management.
  • Collaboration and Coaching: Collaborate with technical and functional team members on projects to understand requirements and validate solution design and build. Conduct peer code reviews and coach junior team members.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds).
  • Expertise: Expert in Salesforce configuration and development across declarative configurations, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Development Standards: Expert in Salesforce development standards, best practices, dev ops, testing, and release strategies.
  • Integration and Security: Expert in Salesforce integration patterns, integration to third-party systems, data management strategies, and data migration processes.
  • Security Design: Expert in Salesforce security design and configurations.
  • Complex Environment: Experience delivering Salesforce in a complex multi-cloud environment.
