Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rainbook Canada Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials as required.
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
    • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Documentation and Filing
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
