Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to meet restaurant budget requirements
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations to meet customer demand
- Implement operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Cost products and services to maintain profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
