Bilingual Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Health & Safety Administrator to join our team at Commissionaires Canada in Ottawa, ON.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all Health and Safety inquiries, directing calls and taking messages.
- Compile, track, and file various forms, documents, and reports related to health and safety programs and services.
- Maintain the Health and Safety Program in collaboration with Health and Safety Committees.
- Track and maintain the database related to site inspections.
- Maintain claims management records and reports.
- Track and maintain the database of required training for both unionized and non-unionized employees.
- Participate in both the Ontario and Quebec Health and Safety Committees.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a must.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related program.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Management Systems.
- Demonstrated understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
- Strong proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
