About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DQ. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring high-quality service and food preparation
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
