Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ANDALOS HOLDINGS LIMITED.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role involves standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
