Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at T Enterprises Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Language:The language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
