We're looking for Bilingual Sales Associates to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze customer needs and promote products and services to meet those needs.
- Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions.
- Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network.
**Requirements**
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Team player with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic and customer-driven with excellent computer skills.
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred for this position.
- No Canadian work experience required, but must be eligible to work in Canada.
