Job Summary

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to greet clients, answer their questions, and help them use our banking applications and ATMs. You will also be responsible for listening to clients' needs, resolving complex situations, and providing advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet clients and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner
* Help clients use our banking applications and ATMs
* Listen to clients' needs and resolve complex situations
* Provide advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients
* Build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

* Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
* Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
* Positive attitude and empathy for clients
* Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge
* Ability to adapt to different situations
