Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Marketing professional to lead our partner marketing initiatives in the Americas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing and SVP Partnership and Alliances to develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Manage and grow our partner marketing initiatives in the Americas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BD, partnership, tech partners, and vendors
  • Oversee partner marketing budget management and ensure effective ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute content plans, including event contracting, planning, and execution
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and approvals
  • Work with the Growth Marketing team to keep Hubspot up to date with partner marketing results
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding marketing goals
  • Strong understanding of partner marketing within a web/product development environment
  • Experience with event planning and execution, lead generation, funnel management, and growth marketing
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency with a CRM, preferably Hubspot
