Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Partner Marketing professional to lead our partner marketing initiatives in the Americas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with our Head of Marketing and SVP Partnership and Alliances to develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a partner marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth in the Americas
- Manage and grow our partner marketing team, including content plan development, stakeholder engagement, event contracting, and budget management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BD, partnership, tech partners, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of partner marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including content creation, programmatic processes, and event execution
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to ensure Hubspot is up-to-date with partner marketing results
- 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue
- Strong understanding of partner marketing within a web/product development environment
- Experience with event planning and execution, lead generation, funnel management, and growth marketing
- Exceptional time management and ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English, with proficiency in a CRM, preferably Hubspot
