Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our pharmacy and laboratory operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our clinic, supervising staff, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a high-performing clinic environment, ensuring excellent patient care and staff satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, including managing profit and loss responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy and laboratory teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in nutritional and health fields, applying evidence-based research to inform practice.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to maximize sales and promote our services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical or related experience, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support patients and staff.
  • Ability to analyze patient data and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Strong business acumen and self-initiative, with a commitment to patient care and excellent customer service.
