**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our pharmacy and laboratory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic, supervising staff, and providing exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic, including supervision of 1-3 employees.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to maximize sales and promote clinic services.
  • Present weekly/monthly health marketing seminars and/or webinars to educate patients and promote our services.
  • Analyze patient data and laboratory results to provide personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy and laboratory teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in nutritional and health fields, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in weekly marketing and clinician meetings to drive business growth and improve patient care.

**Requirements**

  • Professional designation as a Registered Naturopathic Doctor.
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of clinical or related experience.
  • Bilingualism in written and spoken French is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze patient data and laboratory results.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care and ability to develop solid client relationships.
