Job Title: General Manager of Artigiano Bar + Cafe + Test Kitchen
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead the operations of our new Artigiano Bar + Cafe + Test Kitchen concept. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, bar, and test kitchen, ensuring seamless service and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the management of all aspects of the cafe, bar, and test kitchen, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff across all areas.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and ensure profitability through effective cost management.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the cafe and bar.
- Menu Development: Support the testing process through innovation and feedback, and oversee the use of the shared test kitchen space.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety and liquor service regulations.
