Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to provide top-notch customer service, manage beverage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. As a Beverage Service Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our General Manager and Bar Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to restaurant guests, staff, and culinary production team.
  • Beverage Knowledge: Greet and welcome each guest, and provide information on all beverage items on the menu.
  • Inventory Management: Help sort, stock, and track inventory to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.
  • Equipment Operation: Eager to learn and be trained on the use of different equipment and stations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Update signage and displays to help attract customers and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Workplace Culture: Maintain and engage in a respectful, professional, and positive workplace environment.
  • Cash Handling: Perform accurate cash and credit handling as well as POS procedures.
  • Quality Control: Execute drinks to the highest of quality and service standards.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of assigned station(s) and establishment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in a beverage-serving establishment.
  • Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Schedule: Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Reliability: Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work varied hours and adapt to changing situations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees.
  • Customer Focus: Customer service focus and quality-oriented.
