We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Homer Street Cafe & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
