Your Responsibilities:- The Sales Development Manager will effectively lead and inspire Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to meet individual sales and opportunity generation targets.
- They will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and ensuring SDR accountability for their activities and outcomes while setting a strong example.
- This role involves mentoring each SDR individually, fostering a cohesive and collaborative team environment, and overseeing pipeline management, conversion rates, and achievement of quotas and forecasts.
- Assessing sales activities and forecasts will be crucial to determine sales progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration with the Marketing Demand Generation team is essential to ensure efficient follow-up on leads to create sales opportunities.
- Communicating results and adjusting strategies according to changing business needs is vital.
- Providing detailed reports on lead flow and key performance indicators to senior management will be part of the role.
- Coaching and developing SDRs in sales skills, including market knowledge, forecasting, and prospecting, while maintaining individual accountability to goals.
- Working with each SDR to create and implement business/sales plans aimed at achieving sales quotas.
- Identifying and supporting opportunities for training and professional development within the department.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and/or sales development, ideally in a role focused on selling SaaS/Cloud Applications Software at the Enterprise level.
- Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a readiness to establish new processes.
- A passion for working in a dynamic environment, coupled with basic technical knowledge of modern SaaS applications, IT systems, and infrastructure.
