Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Commercial Portfolio Management team
  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure prudent lending and risk management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven leadership experience in risk management, banking, or business lending
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and credit reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
