Senior Commercial Banking Manager

BMO is seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Facilitating growth initiatives for the Bank through significant business development and excellent management of key client relationships.
- Maintaining an outstanding and continuous record of significant revenue generation from sales and syndications.
- Ensuring the required internal control standards, including adherence to audit, regulatory, and compliance policies.
You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and service activities, and you will be responsible for analyzing financial and related data to determine the needs of our clients for proper structuring of our products and services.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
