- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that stock is rotated regularly.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and its products, including advertising, promotions, and in-store displays.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
