- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, including product selection and pricing.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to drive business growth.
- Staffing and Supervision: Determine staffing requirements, recruit and hire staff, and provide ongoing supervision and development.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
This is a permanent full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail.
