Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Home Hardware. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and achieve business objectives.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies.
- Staffing and Training: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to help them improve their performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
