Retail Sales Manager

As a Retail Sales Manager at Home Hardware, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include:
- Directing and controlling daily sales operations
- Evaluating sales performance and making data-driven decisions
- Planning and organizing sales strategies to meet customer needs
- Managing staff and assigning duties to ensure efficient sales operations
- Studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales opportunities
- Determining merchandise and services to be sold and implementing pricing and credit policies
- Locating and selecting merchandise for resale and developing marketing strategies
- Planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses
- Determining staffing requirements and resolving issues that may arise
- Recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and overseeing payroll administration
- Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to staff
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in sales and operations management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptability, analytical, and collaborative skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
