- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless operations.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing excellent communication skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
