About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Retention Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Auto Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients and advising new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
  • Advise new and existing clients on auto insurance options
  • Identify gaps in clients' coverage and offer solutions
  • Develop new business through cross-selling and referrals
  • Meet performance targets and achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
  • Ability to solve problems and handle rejection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions
  • Level 1 General Insurance license
  • Willingness to obtain a Level 2 license
  • Experience with ICBC Autoplan Insurance
  • Ease with technology and ability to use multiple computer programs concurrently
