About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Retention Specialist to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As an Auto Retention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients and advising new and existing clients on how to best protect their assets when it comes to auto insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients and advise new and existing clients on auto insurance options
  • Identify gaps in clients' coverage and offer solutions using a diverse selection of insurance products
  • Develop new business by cross-selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines
  • Meet performance targets and achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple computer programs concurrently
  • Level 1 General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with ICBC Autoplan Insurance
