As an Auto Retention Specialist, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients, identifying gaps in their coverage, and offering tailored solutions to protect their assets. You'll work closely with our team to develop new business opportunities, cross-sell and make referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines, and continuously learn and develop your skills to meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients
  • Identify gaps in clients' coverage and offer tailored solutions
  • Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals
  • Meet performance targets and continuously learn and develop skills

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Level 1 General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with ICBC Autoplan Insurance
  • Strong technology skills and ability to use multiple computer programs concurrently
