Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute catering services for weddings and other events, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage event logistics, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries and concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caterer or in a related field.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
