Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sterling Financial Accounting Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure efficient communication and task completion.
  • Direct and control daily operations, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment

This is a casual, hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 5 hours per week and a maximum of 20 hours per week. The work language is English.
