Overview of the Role: Product Configuration Specialist
As a Product Configuration Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in tailoring products to align with insurer specifications and organizational standards, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations. You will facilitate teams in selecting features based on their individual preferences, thereby enhancing satisfaction for both customers and colleagues through personalized offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in the customization and configuration of products to meet insurer's Underwriting Authority (DUA) and compliance standards.
- Ensure that products fulfill organizational requirements while allowing teams to choose features, options, or specifications according to their preferences.
- Collaborate with various teams to grasp specific needs and preferences, aiming to deliver a tailored experience for customers and colleagues.
- Implement configurations that comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Enable teams to select from a variety of features, options, and specifications to customize products to individual requirements.
- Enhance customer and colleague satisfaction by offering personalized product configurations.
- Strive for a seamless and intuitive customization process that satisfies both compliance mandates and business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the customization and configuration journey.
- Continuously gather user feedback to refine product configurations and elevate overall satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure configurations remain compliant and current.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficient knowledge of the PowerApps suite.
- Familiarity with the MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Dedication to delivering a positive experience for customers and colleagues through attentive support and customized solutions.
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
