About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Configuration Management Specialist to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and specializing in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the ServiceNow CMDB and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain the CSDM framework to support business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
  • Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow configuration management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration management.
  • Strong understanding of the CSDM framework and its applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
